Who Owns the 9/11 Museum

The National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center Foundation, a non-profit known as the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, owns, operates and finances both the memorial and the museum. It is not a federal museum. The wider World Trade Center site belongs to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
