What this site can and cannot do
This site is an independent guide, not a ticket seller, so it cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Bookings are handled by GetYourGuide, and booking changes go through them. All six products allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before; on the walks that add One World Observatory, the observatory ticket is date-specific once issued. The free admission page and the visitor rules page carry what this site knows, and the museum’s own pages are the ones to check before travelling.
